Hi, I’m Esther, a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty in Carlsbad and Encinitas.

One of my superpowers is meticulous attention to detail, the kind you want in a real estate transaction. Another superpower is my positive energy and deep listening skills.

Another is resilience & determination, which I discovered during marathon training. Completing 26.2 miles requires physical fitness, mental fortitude, & disciplined mindset to meet extreme challenges, the same energy I bring to every representation.

Marathon training is also how yoga and meditation came into my life. Today, I bring that steady, mindful presence to real estate, guiding clients through one of their most significant financial decisions.

I’m down-to-earth and won’t sensationalize the market to appeal to greed. But I am naturally an optimist and believe our thoughts help create our reality. If you approach the market as a Debbie Downer, your situation will likely reflect that.

Success comes from being in the line of success. It’s being financially prepared and working with a professional who truly knows the local market, yet willing to go door to door when there isn’t any inventory that fit your needs.

I also have a heart for serving the senior community & earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. My optimism, genuine care, and belief in the body’s natural ability to heal bring hope and lightness to a potentially stressful transition.

Prior to real estate, I helped grow San Diego’s sustainability movement for its first LEED green building consulting firm. My heart was so happy to work for the planet. Today, I still carry the mission of cultivating harmony between humans and the natural world, serving as a fiduciary to my clients and the earth.
