Distinct Neighborhoods of Encinitas

Encinitas is made up of five unique communities, each with its own identity and lifestyle offerings:

Old Encinitas

A charming beachside area featuring the iconic Encinitas welcome arch, the famous surf spot Swamis, and the historic La Paloma Theater. Named after British cities and composers, this is the southernmost oceanfront community in Encinitas.
