Start with Intuition

When facing big decisions like buying or selling a home
intuition offers clarity beyond logic or analysis.

Your intuition is your soul’s voice.
It speaks through body signals and inner knowing.

Ease or tension.  Relief or pressure.  Lightness or heaviness.

It lives in the present moment.
If you’re caught in past regrets or future worries,
you’re in your mind.

To access your intuition
Get comfortable.  Relax.

Close your eyes.
Sit tall, spine centered.
Breathe

In and out through the nose.
Slow it down.  Lengthen.
Pause in between the inhale and exhale.

Quiet your mind.
Let go of the outside world.

Go inward.

Ask Yourself:

  • Does this decision feel forced or aligned?
  • Am I reacting to pressure or fear of missing out, or moving from vision?
  • Does this feel like my past proving something, or my future calling me forward?
  • When I think about buying or selling, do I feel anxious or peaceful?
  • When I imagine moving forward, do I feel relief or resistance?
  • When I imagine NOT making the move, do I feel relief or tightness?
  • What would I do if I trusted I’d be okay either way?

Your Body Is a Divine Instrument

Tune into how your body feels, not what your mind thinks.  Don’t analyze or try to figure it out. Stay open and neutral.   Just notice any body signals:

  • Goosebumps, déjà vu, or a quiet yes feeling can signal to move forward.
  • Gut discomfort, queasiness, nausea, or knots may signal caution.
  • A sense of ease or comfort is often a green light to move forward.
  • Notice if your decision tightens or relaxes you.
  • Do you feel flat, closed off, tight, or constricted?
  • Do you feel open, warm, tingly, or expansive?
